Boomerang Actors Drama Classes – Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment & Payment

• All students must be registered before attending classes.
• Fees must be paid in full (or as agreed) before the start of term.
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Attendance

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
• Missed classes are not refundable or transferable.

3. Behaviour

• Students must treat instructors and fellow participants with respect.
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from class without a refund.

4. Health & Safety

• Participants should inform instructors of any medical conditions or injuries.
• Boomerang Actors is not responsible for injuries sustained during classes unless caused by negligence.

5. Photography & Media

• Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional purposes.
• Please inform us if you do not consent.

6. Cancellations & Changes

• Boomerang Actors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes if necessary.
• In such cases, alternative classes or credits will be offered.

7. Personal Belongings

• Students are responsible for their own belongings.
• Boomerang Actors is not liable for lost or stolen items.

8. Liability

• By enrolling, participants agree to take part at their own risk.

9. Agreement

• By signing up, you agree to these terms and conditions.
